Convictus continued to run his fingers through her hair, the act feeling like second nature at this point. Though he didn't miss a beat when she showed her concern over his words. "Ahead of myself? We've discussed this before, Raina...it's a simple fact that most courtships follow a set of steps as they progress." He started counting on one hand as if to reinforce his point. "There's courtship, then engagement, marriage..." He paused ONCE again. "...then after that I would assume rearing a child would be the correct thing to do." He looked at her with a sincerely innocent expression, the mage not quite understanding what he may have been doing to the poor elven woman's mind. "Is that not what you want?"

Rainalune carefully pulled herself up off of the mage and crawled out of the bed, seemingly searching for her clothes as she listened with ever reddening ears to his explanation of the way things were supposed to happen. "I...I know how things are supposed to progress..." Finally finding them in the corner, she began to dress hurriedly, fumbling and horribly flustered in her movements. "I'm...not sayin' it's not what I want. It's just...Elune, Convictus..." She paused to look over at him with that red face, shaking her head before returning to dressing herself in her own garb. "How long has it been since we met? How long ago did we start courtin'? You're talkin' about engagements, marriage, havin' kids. Like it's just gonna happen anytime now. Ya...ya can't talk like that. It doesn't just happen over night. We're not...a text book."

Convictus watched as she frantically dressed herself, seemingly dissappointed that their cuddling had ended so soon. He moved to the edge of the bed and sat up, his ears perked while she spoke. What was a smile slowly turned to a frown, which subsequently turned into the mage lowering his head in shame. "I'm...I'm sorry Raina. It's been so long since another has shown interest in me, I've forgotten how to act properly." He stood up, rolling his shoulders and stretching. "But you're right, we're not a textbook...and I shouldn't treat us as such. You're my partner, and that is all you are." He nodded and worked to get himself dressed as well, though the act was quite simplified for the mage. Slipping into a casual robes, he turned his head to look over towards Raina. "So on a different topic, I believe that guild leader of ours was attempting to seduce me earlier."

Rainalune stopped cold when she saw the smile fade from his face and his head lower. She watched him as he dressed himself, listening with a melancholy expression as he apologized for the way he'd spoken about them. A shake of her head was given before she ran over to him and quickly wrapped her arms around his waist, burying her face against his newly robed chest. "It's okay! I'm sorry! Please don't be sad! Don't be sorry! I lo-..." Again, she stopped cold, her eyes wide and staring down at his robes. And then the perfect diversion presented itself, whipping any confusion from her mind and replacing it with anger. "....she WHAT?!??!"

Convictus' eyes widened as the druid ran toward him and wrapped her arms around his waist. Letting out an audible "Oomph!", seeing as he wasn't exactly prepared for it. Though he quickly resorted to wrapping his arms around her as well, rubbing her back gently. A smile wrapped across his face as she apologized, though it would soon turn to near shock as he thought he heard her begin to say...something. "Wait...did you just say you lo-" And that was quickly snuffed out by her angry exclaimation. The mage's confused gaze looking down at the huffy little druid. "Oh...uhm...well yes. I had just returned and she was acting rather strangely towards me at first. Leaning over and spreading her legs and whatnot." Convictus tried to soothe her as best he could. "Though I let her know that you are the only one for me, so there's no need to fret!" He offered her a smile as if he'd just completely solved the problem.

Rainalune didn't even seem to hear the almost question, her face reddening until it was filled with a darkness he'd likely not seen from her before. The soothing caress of his hand on her back went unnoticed as well as she pulled away from him, her head jerking back and forth as she searched for something. Stomping across the room once she'd found it, her staff was quickly hoisted into her hand, and she headed with a stubbornly set jaw toward the door. "That whore of a hunter doesn't even have an inklin' of the wrath she just called down on her own STUPID head!"

Convictus didn't quite know how to react to his partner's outburst. He thought to smile, or maybe frown? Maybe staying serious would help. The range of his emotions were apparent as she stomped around the room. Though the realization was made apparent as she hoisted her staff. "Oh...oh my. Oh no, Raina. No you don't need to do this." He walked towards her slowly. "I made it clear I wasn't interested and she stopped her advances, dear." He outstretched his hand. "Give me the staff, I don't think hurting her would be a good idea."

Rainalune stopped with her hand on the door handle, her head jerking around so she could meet his gaze. The usually gentle azure glow of her eyes had flared up, blindingly bright against the dark fury written across her face. "I don't?! Cause hurting her sounds like a pretty damned good idea right about now! Just let me break her face! Just a little! She knew full well! She knew! I'll kill her! I mean...I'll only hurt her a little! SHE'LL LIVE! But I'm not healin' the whore!"

Convictus was completely at a loss for words. Part of him felt completely flattered that this elven woman would go through such lengths to make it a point that he belonged to her. While another part was a bit worried that his newfound love would end up thrown in the Stockades, or worse. "Raina...you know better than to go up against her. She seems to be a fairly powerful huntress." He attempted to walk towards her again, though ever so slowly. "I don't doubt your skills at all, but she might ban you from the hall...or kick you out. I can't risk that happening to you." The voice of reason tried his best to calm her down...though it would most likely fall on deaf ears.

Rainalune was huffing and puffing like a big bad wolf at this point, her knuckles stark white from the grip she had on her staff and the door handle. Brows still knit tightly into an angry frown, she listened to him and shook her head. Then his reasoning slowly began to actually sink in. Being thrown out meant not sleeping next to him. She took in a deep breath and slowly let it out, the anger still plainly written on her face though she was no longer gripping the door as if she were about to rip it from it's hinges. "...fine. But if it happens again, I -will- take her down."

Convictus sighed with relief, his words finally getting through to her. He was behind her at this point, his arms moving to wrap around her waist. He rested his chin on her shoulder. "If it happens again, dear, I'll help you take her down. I promise." He smiled and kissed her gently on her neck. "Now come on, I'm sure there was something you had in mind for us to do today, yes? Aside from manslaughter." He grinned wickedly.

Rainalune relaxed entirely when his arms wrapped around her, as if she'd been completely disarmed and freed of any of the lingering fury. Sighing softly, she laid her head back against his shoulder and smiled as she closed her eyes. For a long moment, she simply enjoyed the feel of his lips on her neck before she finally nodded. "...was hoping we could get some breakfast and maybe go out on a picnic or some such...I've been needing to gather some herbs from the forest anyway." Her elbow nudged back against his stomach gently at his own little poke at her. "Manslaughter is a perfectly viable pass time."

Convictus smiled and his stomach growled a bit at the mention of food. "Breakfast? AND a picnic? That sounds absolutely divine, dearest! I'm starving as it is...hardly had time to eat any real food while I was out in Pandaria." He chuckled at her statement about manslaughter, shaking his head jokingly. "By Elune, Raina...what am I going to do with you..." He opened the door to their quarters and swung it out. Without hesitation, he hoisted her up into his arms and moved through the doorway. "Aaaand off we go!"

Rainalune blinked and peered down at his stomach when it roared at her. That's right, roared. Cause it's a bawse ass mage stomach. "...I'll bet it does. Well, I'll just have to get ya all kinds of yummy treats to nibble on." Hefting her staff, she began to walk, shrugging. "There's a lot of things ya could do with me." Then suddenly she was hoisted and being carried, a confused expression on her face as to how the fuck she'd suddenly gotten up into the air. Realizing she was in his arms, she giggled and leaned in to attack his neck with kisses in an attempt to set him off balance.

Convictus tried his best to maintain his balance as he carried his beloved out of their quarters. Though her kisses made him smile and chuckled slightly. "So you said something about a picnic, yes? Where did you have in mind, my dear?" He began walking down the hall slowly, keeping her firmly held in his arms. "I've never had a picnic before...so...I won't be much use."

Rainalune grinned against his neck as she heard him chuckle, wrapping her arms around him and squeezing him tightly as he carried her off down the hallway. "If I remember right, there's a place not too far out of the city. Really pretty view of a waterfall and a lake and the forest..." She shrugged, nuzzling in against his shoulder. "But anywhere is fine by me, really."

Convictus nodded with a smile as she spoke. He walked outside of the guild hall, the sun shining down onto his face. His amber eyes squinted slightly at the sudden change of light. "I want you to do something for me, Raina." He held her tightly against him. "Concentrate on the place you'd love for us to go right now...and trust me, okay?" He placed her on the ground gently, his hands moving to rest on her hips.

Rainalune tilted her head curiously when he spoke, smiling up at him as he set her down. "Well...I'll be glad to do that for ya, darlin'. But first I gotta get the food!" She giggled, reaching up to poke his nose before slipping out of his hold. "I'll only be a minute!" Turning away, she dashed off out of the guild courtyard, shifting into a large cat mid-stride before disappearing in the direction of the tavern. Several moments passed before the same cat appeared at the gates again with a large basket held between it's jaws. It came to a screeching halt before the mage and set the bundle of goodies down before returning to the form of the woman he loved. "Right then! Concentratin' and trustin'! Don't explode me!"

Convictus watched as his beloved scurried off in cat form, a silver brow arched slightly. While she was gone, he facepalmed and spoke to himself. "Can't have a picnic without -food-...by Elune, Convictus..." He shook his head, clearly dissapointed in himself. He straightened up quickly as Raina returned with their food, offering her a warm smile. "Excellent! Alright...this is going to feel strange..." The mage walked up to Raina and wrapped his left arm around her waist, pulling her in close. His other hand rested on her forehead, pressing gently into her skin. "Close your eyes..." He whispered as his hand began to glow a bluish hue. The air around them became heavy with magical energy, with tendrils of mana swirling around their bodies rapidly. Within his mind, Convictus saw what Raina had been concentrating on. The image became reality soon after, as the two of them were wisked away through portalspace. A few seconds later, they landed safely on the soft grass. Convictus let go of his beloved and inspected the both of them. "Okay good...all limbs intact..."

Rainalune straightened as the mage stepped in close and wrapped his arm around her waist, a faint hint of pink rising into her cheeks as his hand rested against her forehead. Nodding, she slowly closed her eyes and relaxed in his hold. Once they were whisked off through spacetimeportalfuckingfuckfuckspace and had landed safely on the grass, she stumbled and landed against him, her head spinning just enough to make standing upright difficult. "...completely...intact...except my brain...ugh..."
